Sorry folks, but we had bad experiences with VOIP, in particular Vonage. We had speech delays which meant we were stepping on each other's words, interrupted calls, difficult to get service answers using third world locations, and dealing with both the cable provider and the VOIP company. Also the 30-day free offer is a myth, as your service cutoff from your present provider takes so long, that before you realize you don't want VOIP any longer, the thirty day period has elapsed. This was 6 months ago, and maybe these problems have been corrected, I know of others who are happy with the system. Check www.epinions.com for further info. Mike Kurta
