I've done it, and it isn't that big a deal............. Takes about ten
minutes.

That's how I do it. The set screw makes sure nothing falls apart.
 
If you've ever had to put that guide rail back together with 88 loose
sticker wires, you will NEVER want to do it again.

I learned using damper blocks. Has anyone else used that?
