Hi John, An underserved market exists almost everywhere. It is a case of getting your name known to the community and finding a balance for your price versus skill level. There is something to be said for being the highest price in an area, so don't "low ball" your income potential. Do be friendly Do be prompt Do find something nice to say about any piano when servicing it--even if it is only "my that's a lovely bench".
