Joseph, I have Comcast and the procedure is fairly simple. You go to www.comcast.net click on the mail icon and login with your login information. There is a box on the left titled message center. Click on Screened mail This will be full of spam but you need to scroll through these to find false positives. At the bottom right is a drop down to scroll by pages. mark the check box of any good messages then click the "This is not spam" button near the top. I would click this button before going on to another page. This will make the messages be delivered to you and should teach their spam software that those messages are OK.
