Hi Debbie, My mistake it seems. I had only been reading bits and pieces of that thread, but I kept seeing stuff about vacuums and such. I thought the guy was serious. He sounded so! It just seemed to me to be ridiculous for folks to keep responding to that nonsense - but now I see that they were perhaps responding to a running joke. Okay, I guess the joke is on me ;-). See, I do have some small sense of humor! ;-) Vacuums for pitch - hey, I can only assume there has been worse! I'll quit and go to bed now. The Okinawan Proverb was for its own sake and those who are curious. We are a list made up of all sorts of folks (obviously) but the one thing we have in common are computers with delete keys. Personally, I enjoy a good chuckle, particularly at the end of a long work day. Yes, some of the humor threads get a tad long, but so what? I can choose to read them or not. The same for some of the *serious* threads that get too longwinded! And, yes, I am a professional. Does that negate having a sense of humor? I'll close with...Hanashi han'gaku - Okinawan Proverb Anyone interested in a translation, you may email privately ;-) Debbie L. -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
