To be in a hall with 8 other colleagues who have knocked themselves out preparing, designing sweating bullets over their musical instruments/art was impressive. The amount of tonal firepower in all shadings of color, power, sizes iterations & emotion in the piano Fortes on display was a joy to hear. To have this many versions of modern redesigned belly systems/ pianos in one room has not happened before in our organization & the enthusiasm by the brethren was poured out with generosity. My Personal thanks to all. It was also great to put faces with names & dinner with David A,Jurgen, Greg Newell, Dennis E. & My self was a blast. The impromtu tech.sessions with Ron Over,Chris Robinson, Shawn Hoar, Ron Nossaman (you wild man), David Hughes, Terry Farrell & Jude Revely were personal blessings as well as instructive & inspirational. Dennis & I check out North Bennett St school after words & Judes Shop in Boston. Thank you. Awesome place, Judes shop is in a former Locomotive fabrication building. David Andersen, a special thanks to you my Friend. Your class is a must see & we sorely need your humble & enlightening perspective in our craft. Wally & Vivian Brooks are the newest Golden Hammer award recipeients & they Deserve it with Love & affection. Rick Florence, You da man. RIck surrounded the rebuilders show with his interest from the inception, even to the point of renting a dance floor to place our pianos on in the class room to give them a truly representative tonal showing. Plus getting my room back at the Clarion after the gave it away because of a delayed flight. Did you have to hit somebody? Nahh Thank you Sincerely Dale Erwin Photos at: http://tinyurl.com/g3uh7 Direct ptg.org URL: https://www.moypiano.com/ptg/files/2006-June/000274.html
