I believe the strings have already been changed and the situation has not
improved. I'm being called after several attempts to remedy the situation.

Do we know it isn't the hammers or the strings themselves? I have
several customers with B's that don't clunk, so I have to question whether
it is
a design problem or an execution problem. It would certainly be easier to
change a string down there than rescale or redesign.
