Hi Tom,

I, too, was quoted, but I _was_ asked permission, which I granted. I had 
the impression Mr. Granholm was doing his job rather assiduously. 
Perhaps he missed asking you inadvertently, or perhaps you missed his 
email, in which he included the passage he was proposing to quote, and 
asked permission to quote it with possible edits?
