Mike, I no longer have an Apsco catalog, so I cant answer your question. Ed Sutton had a good suggestion about carrying a small lever for A0. My tool kit is so heavy now that I dread adding anything else to it! Ill try the 11° head, and if thats not satisfactory, Ill figure out something else. But definitely keeping the Fujan. It is a No. 2 extension tip which I have and use now. BTW, it is very handy for tight places and can be made up by welding a tuning pin to a #2 tip and machining or grinding the tip to a more slender diameter. By chance perhaps Schaff would carry it.
