source for a tool

Strate Mate, Piano Tek.
Use with some caution.  Not all agraffes are milled with the holes 
all level.  If you take out all the bend you will have a heck of a 
time levelling the apostrophes that our favorite American make 
sometimes installs.  I usually confine the strate-mate to the capo 
area, both sides.
