Marshall-

Get real. Work on your skills. Word of mouth is the best advertising.

Sid BlumWhen you are ready to advertise, start local. Your most
likely local customers are not trying to find you on the web.

>Thats not good Dave. I know Yellow Book will, but their online
>advertising isn't very good. I looked into it yesterday. In just
>six months, their directory online received less than 100 or a
>little over 100 hits. Take that and figure out how many people are
>looking for a piano tuner. That's 48$ not well spent, or $73 for
>two cities. Its a life time listing, but wow not a good return I
>don' t think. Do you think having a lan line would be worth it to
>have an ad? Do yello page listings pull much weight? I imagine it
>depends on the area, size etc.
