broken Steinway lyre braces

James,

I'm in Northeast Mississippi. There probably are some wood turners within
close driving distance (close as in 30 miles). But I'd have to look them up,
take them the braces, return to pick them up, finish them. If I'm doing all
that, it would be easier just to call Steinway.

Thanks for your input.

John,
What area are you in? Many times there are more wood turners in 'the
sticks' than in the cities. Check to see if there is a local wood turners
club in your area. Mahogany is fairly easy to come by with hardwood sellers

that deal with furniture or hobbyist type wood workers.
