I loved it, but I gave it up so that = I could use pRCT. The Windows based pocket PC's are really wonderful in a = lot of ways. You can keep and access pretty much any Windows based document = and the synchronization with your PC and Outlook is very good. On the other hand, there are a several intelligent features in the Palm that I occasionally miss. Not enough to go back though.=20 =20 Off subject, but to further the conversation about client tracking and records keeping software, I have my PC and my iPAQ synchronized through ACT!, which I use for all my client scheduling and tracking. I keep my mileage records, my accounts receivable and payable in a simple Excel spreadsheet which, due to the Windows OS of the pocket PC and the = excellent synchronization features, is available on both my PC and my iPaq. = Scheduling is done through ACT! and email is through Outlook. Synchronizations = updates both the Outlook calendar and the iPAQ and syncs all the spreadsheets as well.=20 =20 -- Geoff Sykes -- Assoc. You'd already be up, if not conscious, getting ready for the=20 day's tuning. I'd much prefer being called at 7:00, or even 6:00,=20 than to drive way too far for three scheduled tunings (because she=20 WAS a regular customer), to be told when I arrived that one of them=20 had canceled, and would contact me later. I explained that three=20 didn't really pay for the trip, but I now have two, and a lone=20 tuning waiting out here forever for my next trip - should I ever=20 make it. Ron N Ron, =20 Good points...certainly better to be called than not. The last minute cancellation is way better than a no-show. At least you're home. =20 =20 The good thing about my pocket PC and cell phone is that whenever I get = a no-show, I can catch up on appointment phone calls. =20 =20 Dave Stahl Dave Stahl Piano Service 650-224-3560 http://dstahlpiano.net/ <http://www.dstahlpiano.net/>=20 ---------------------- multipart/alternative attachment An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
