removing a grand action

While the various suggestions all work (and I frequently employ them  
when caught unprepared), a 48" table with folding legs doesn't take  
up much space in the car, and is appropriate for a grand action. A  
60" or longer table (you can buy a table that folds in half so you  
can fit it in the car & carry it easily) is appropriate for working  
on an upright piano action.
