I bought a tuning hammer from them. The tip had burrs in it. It had a really ugly plastic handle, though you are lead to believe it's wood. It didn't come with a wrench, and when I called the "tech support" line, the guy said I should use a flat head screw driver to tighten it, as if that's going to fit into a star hammer tip. Trustiness of company: Fine. The order arrived very quickly. I sent it back and they gave me a refund less the 20% restocking fee according to their stated policy.
