Advice needed on NewOctave Corporation

Hello everybody!

Please have mercy and somebody share your experience with NewOctave Corporation
which sells on www.pianoparts.com (www.pianosupply.com). I am from Romania. I
intent to order some parts from them, for the first time ever in fact, and I
don't want any surprise, considering distance, time, and value of $ in my
country. There should be some persons around which buys from them. I would
greatly appreciate any help coming in form of advice and info on their
product's quality and trustiness.
