Marshall,
This tech was not a small person!  And did not have small hands.  I used to
go on jobs with him for scooting under and around for whatever repair was
necessary.  I have found it very handy to be petite (sorry guys out there)
for reaching up, down, behind, and through.  Saves a lot of action pulling,
particularly with players :-D.
