Just measure all the speaking lengths and have someone scale it for you.
It's not that expensive. There are several individuals who do such work.
Trying to find a pattern off another piano is dangerous. Speaking lengths
can vary quite a bit from piano to piano even if you believe them to be the
same model.

The piano is s/n 134166.
The only plate marking I can find says "Precision Cast Plate, Schaff Bros,
Est. 1888". (The plate has been sprayed completely, no trace of any ink
markings.)
The length (without lid) is 53".
Travis's "Guide to Restringing" does not include a Schaff.

what is the size, plate marks, serial #, and etc/ We might have a
