Hi, Richard.

Thank you for your kind words. I hope people who read these posts are 
moved to action. I know from experience how difficult life can be around 
health-related issues. Unfortunately, the time one is least able to 
fight these battles is precisely when one is most in need of the 
services in question. That's why, in my opinion, we need to set things 
up now to work well when the chips are down, as we can very well predict 
they will be, sooner or later.
