This is a multi-part message in MIME format. ---------------------- multipart/alternative attachment Hello John F. and List Those tapes always used to be white. Right from the start - and I quote Broadwood Cottage Uprights as my reference. Then some bright spark started producing green. Not only in sets of tapes, but in sets of clip-on tapes as well. I'm very glad to hear that the predominant colour is back to white! It matches the hammer and damper felts! Regards Michael G.(UK) _____ From: John Fortiner [mailto:JLFortiner@usadig.com] Sent: 27 September 2005 17:43 To: Pianotech List Subject: bridle tape braid color Just curious: Does anyone know why the color of the braid on the bridle tapes that we get anymore is not light green, but white. My suspicion is that is is cheaper to make them white. John Fortiner ---------------------- multipart/alternative attachment An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
