William R.

We did the work to the best of our ability. We put the piano back in like
new condission and it became something that she could be proud of. Since
that time when ever we got a keep sake job like this I started taking photos
of the project and putting it on Power Point or photos in an album for the
customer. This makes the job more special for the customer and it is a
good sales tool for when the next project comes up.

William,

Don't keep us in suspense. What did you do?
