Go to Yamaha America's website...technical support and enter the info. =
 They should be able provide scaling.   They need the serial number and=
 probably exact model number.

Thanks to all who reponded to my cry for help.   A little picking with =
the voicing needles and some sandpapering brought back the original mel=
low sound of the hammers and everyone was happy.  Thanks again.
