Hi List, I'm trying to work out a problem with a Yamaha G2E Grand that is in a school auditorium. The wound strings either side of the break when played make quite a loud high pitched ring. As I am still in my infancy as a technician - 4 years (I have mainly stuck to just tuning and minor repairs), I am hoping for some wisdom of those who have come across this before and can enlighten what to do!
