The normal peroxide that you get is 3%.
You get better results, if you use 30%, which can be ordered from, a 
drug store.
Last time I checked it was $30/litre.

We purchase 30% hydrogen peroxide at local beauty supply retailers.  I think
the last pint was about $4.00.
