Baldwin Studio Upright Balance Rail Adjustment Screws?

That's correct, Dave. They don't have shims, only flat-head screws to 
adjust the height. Remove some keys and you'll find holes drilled in the 
balance rail at intervals. Looking in the holes you'll find the screws.
