I use a fold over business card. When folded in half [looks like a small tent] it displays company name...and phone...opened up has all services provided. And on the back there is a space for due date for tuning. At the end of service, after we agree on a date., it stands nicely on top of the piano for all to see.On my next trip it is usually in exactly the same place. Easy referance and anybody visiting can see it as well.

I buy an appropriate size mailing label and print what I want on the computer.

Do you know where you can buy, make stickers to place inside pianos that
you service? I am looking for ones that will last.

Thanks.
