Billing Slips - where do ya get 'em?

I used to print them out from my Lotus Approach customer file on GeoMusic 
paper, which looked pretty good, though they were quite large on 8.5x11 
paper.   Now I use the pre-printed PTG RPT billing pads. I take them apart 
and run them through my printer to put my name and address on the top. 
They're only duplicates though, not triplicates. If I need to mail in an 
invoice I print it directly out of Quickbooks.
