Hi Matthew,

Several Ideas,

1. Leave the warranty information from Dampp-Chaser in a conspicuous spot
where the customer will see it. The warranty page contains very complete
operating instructions.

2. Call the customer and explain what needs to be done to maintain the
system. (Keep it plugged in, add water, add humidifier treatment, change
moisture pads regularly, cleaning the humidifier tank)

3. Make a short appointment to come back and visit with the customer and
explain the system. (Value Added Service)

4. Mail the customer a page of instructions.

5. Explain the system when you come back to the piano to check it 2 to 4
weeks after installation of a Dampp-Chaser system (You did pre-schedule the
follow-up tuning, right?)

Hope this helps!
