odd wippens

Here I am again writing about this little Kimball grand I'm working on (the 
same one with the regulation buttons on the back end of the keys).   

This time it's the wippens.   They have Billing's flanges.   Any idea on 
where to find a replacement for a broken one?   Neither Schaff nor Pianotek have 
them.
