Well, yes. Everybody on this list knows how to do that. So I presume you are not a piano tech. But if you are doing work that requires removing the rail, you likely need a lot more information than just rail removal instructions. I'd recommend calling a qualified tech--you can go to http://www.ptg.org/rptsearch/index.html to find one. If you want to do the work, yourself, and learn something about your piano, that's great, too. I'd recommend the book "Piano Servicing, Tuning & Rebuilding" by Arthur A. Reblitz as a good starting source. I really hope this doesn't come across snottily (a word?) but the question is best answered, I believe, as I have answered it. Alan R.
