Well, this was a church. Two studio pianos were vandalized - some clown shot 
the dry chemical fire extinguisher into them. The church building had hard 
floors and no step going outside and the pianos had decent 
institutional-type wheels. So I opened the door and rolled them outside!

Admittedly, perhaps a bit more difficult to do in many homes - especially 
with a grand.
