Sub-freezeing Outer Concert Tuning

Robin, here in Florida it's just the opposite - we get to tune events 
like this under a blazing sun at 3:00 for a 8:00 show (when the temp 
could be as much as 10 degrees cooler) and we're expected to keep the 
instrument stable.

I will admit I'd rather be tuning under a blazing sun than freezing 
under a tarp with my fingers loosing feeling.

I feel your pain.
