Advice on using powdered Teflon?

Well, it is not a piece of hammer felt scraps, it is a somewhat bigger=20=

piece of felt that resembles a school board eraser.
It feels spongy and soft, that's why it is a perfect  tool to hold=20
teflon powder because it does not fall off immediately.
I rub it on for instance the bass section knuckles in a long stroke,=20
add a little powder and do the same in the middle section, followed by=20=

the last section(s).
It works actually fine, but, as shown here before, we each have our own=20=

method and tools.
It is just that Pierre Gevaert asked, so now y'all know what ma chunck=20=
