Advice on using powdered Teflon?

I find the best tool for applying powdered Teflon is a piano hammer felt
mute (Schaff sells them). The material sticks to the felt without
falling off and the wedge shape allows for easy application.

Thanks Don.
One of the disadvantages however of a brush, is that the teflon crumbs
always fall off.
With my soft felt chunk, I almost don't have any waste or spilling.
