Phil,

Waterfall keytops are a one piece molded front and top that has no overhang
at the front.  Just like a river to a waterfall, the keytop flows from the
tail, gets to the end of the key, and goes straight down - smooth rounded
top front edge - very disconcerting to play, IMO.
