Gordon, I'll answer when you stop linking your questions to old postings on the list. It's easy --even for me-- place pianotech@ptg.org in your address book. Then click on the address in the book or click on "create mail" and type in the first three letters of any address and it will fill in the rest. OK--- lecture from a computer dummy over. Try Wally Brooks--I don't do a lot of action rebuilding but he's alway's been very helpful and reliable with quick turnaround from samples. I'm sure others on the list will have alternatives to consider.
