Thanks Del,
I'll try mass loading and then experiment with a stiffener if 
needed.  This is a brand-new piano.  The wholesaler did recommend the 
next model up, and it is a lot better.

I haven't attended one of your seminars yet.  I would like to.  Are 
you offering anything at the national convention next year?  Do you 
have a regional schedule?
