Terry,
         You can rationalize it any way you choose to. It's no skin off my 
nose. You asked for advise or opinions and I gave you mine. I know what I 
would do. If that doesn't fit within your own personal overall scheme of 
things that's fine. Do what you feel is best and either way learn from it.
