serial number help

Hi all.

I came across a Kimball, LaPetite size grand yesterday, and the serial 
number was on the front plate strut at the treble end. I have seen 
plaques on the bass rim in the past denoting serial numbers, but this 
one was different.

If I am to trust my atlas, this piano was made in 1903, and I have my 
doubts about that.

The serial number is 120382. I didn't think Kimball was making LaPetite 
size grands back then, and it doesn't feel like a 100 year old piano.

Any help determining its age is appreciated.
