This post reminded me about a horrid experience in
Hawaii (yes, they can occur ) wherein I went to a
local music store and bought a cheapo tuning lever to
use on my host's Hamilton.
The thing became stuck on a pin SO BADLY that it took
10 minutes of prying at it with a cclaw hammer, with
all my strength, before it popped off the pin!!! When
it finally broke free, it wewnt flying, hit me in the
elbow and apparently broke something, because my elbow
is still sometimes sore, almost a year later.
     Ouch.
     Thump
