Hi Gordon,
Who is doing the ridiculing, now.
Suggestion of licking off, is definitely gross.
All I was meaning, was that in the normal performance of our job of tuning, 
your extremes had not been encountered by me.
You seem to be a tad paranoid, in thinking a disease is waiting to strike 
from the depths of all pianos.
Indoor plumbing has nothing to do with cleanliness. I used to camp as a Boy 
Scout, I can't remember any indoor toilets, in the wild.
Anyone can keep himself clean, but not necessarily sterile.
