Hello Paul Mulik and List
I am holding a small bottle of "Antiquax Furniture Cleaner (non
inflammable)" which says (on the bottle) "Method of Use. Damp onto clean
soft cloth or Antique Fine Duster, rub well until grease, dirt and old WAX
are evenly removed. Do not apply this cleaner direct to surface".(in other
words use a cloth) "Use in a ventilated area." This I have had for many
years. Manufactured by James Briggs & Sons Ltd. Lion Works, Old Market
Street, Blackley, Manchester M9 3DU England.
This predates Internet.....
Regards
Michael G.(UK)
