Model T 400,   5'7",  # G5060376, walnut, gloss poly.

Can anyone date this?   I think it's from the '80's.
Also, not ever seeing one before, what's the range for its worth.
I've been asked to appraise it for sale (also a 1983 S&S B).

Any opinions on these pianos in general?

It needs regulating but doesn't look too bad overall.
But I am unfamiliar with this make, so I don't know what to expect
from trying to voice it (matching sections).
