Hey Doug,
     It's a Chickering 123, right? So.... page 123 of your Schaff catalog, 
dontcha know!

     The 940 (wide or narrow) is probably what you're looking for. Be 
advised that the screw holes are usually upside down of what you think 
they're gonna be. In other words, covered when open. Don't  attempt to 
"figger" it out after cocktail hour............
