Changing Buttons

And, or, use the letoff button pliers to hold it up against the rail.  I
recently changed the buttons on a S&S and the new buttons were tight enought
that I had a little trouble holding them with my hand, but the pliers did
the trick.  Backing out first really helps with keeping them flat.
