Advice sought on replacing Lester "Betsy Ross " plastic damper flanges.

Dear List,
     Tuned a Betsy Ross today, and some of the plastic
damper lever flanges are shattering 
( Pratt-Read action, probably late 40's ).
     Does anyone make a suitable replacement, and can
you please advise me as to where one ought to purchase
them ?
     ( I don't usually work on spinets, but this is a
very, very nice customer ! )
