And another thing. What tool seems to work best to loosen those stubborn action nuts? On this same piano, one of the bi-chord bass strings is gone. I have the original string. The strings on this piano are really old and dead. So when I replace that string it will stick out like a sore thumb. What do you do in this situation with clients?
