Hi! I found a copy at www.abebooks.com. Be prepared to pay a hefty price if you find a print copy. I have seen them go for $300. I got my copy for just under $100. I believe that PTG is planning an electronic edition soon which would certainly be a less expensive way to go. Best of Luck! Brent Musgrave
