I'd think any decent machine shop could burn you a set out of 3/8 plate
stock, or whatever thickness you wanted, on a plasma cutter, for less than
$100. Give them your sample to copy, or draw out whatever you want the
profile to look like. They'd probably even drill the holes.

A local foundry might even do it for you, Just give them a pattern.

 I would think an adjustable bracket, could be designed.
One that just screws out and locks, at the proper height.
