Major 6th below the lower note of the 12th. Compare the beat rate of 
that major 6th to both notes of the 12th. Should be the same.   You are 
looking at a 5:3:1 coincident set. I am sure you can contrive other 
tests as well... but this one is very easy to hear and stays that way  
pretty much all the way up.
